Lawyer and legal researcher with special focus in the area of Public Law and Data Governance. Assistant in the research team of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law (ICDP) and legal advisor based in Colombia. With a solid background in the legal field, I have excelled as a researcher and speaker in numerous national and international forums. I have played key roles in legal and academic institutions, as a judicial assistant in the First Civil, Commercial and Transit Court of Judgement of the State of Táchira, as Researcher in the NGO Paradiplomacia.org and University Counselor of the Catholic University of Táchira.
My achievements include the publication of research on artificial intelligence and information technologies in the judicial field, topics on litigation finance and sustainability, and participation in prestigious competitions such as the XXV International Competition of Procedural Law of the ICDP, in which I obtained the fifth place among more than 150 groups. In addition, I have been a recipient of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Chair scholarship for the project “Third-party financing as a tool to facilitate access to justice in environmental litigation”. I also hold certifications in professional negotiation and foundations in generative AI, standing out as a leader committed to innovative legal research and academic excellence.
